Refund Policy

You can cancel your Samri subscription at any time from your account settings. After you cancel, your access will continue through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

We offer pro-rated refunds within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase. After this 14-day window, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time.

To request a refund, email us at info@samri.ai from the email address associated with your account. Include your account name and the reason for your request.

Approved refunds are processed through our payment processor, Stripe, and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
